This great feature offers rider swap when you have someone in your party that doesn’t want to or cannot ride a certain attraction. For example, Mom and Dad both want to ride Space Mountain in Magic Kingdom but your child doesn’t want to ride or doesn’t meet the height requirements. There is an easy solution for this situation. Check with the greeting Cast Member at the attraction and ask if Rider Switch is available. If so, let the Cast Member know that you need to use the Rider Switch and they will give you the Rider Switch pass and you will be asked to wait in a designated area while the others ride the attraction. Once the first member of your party have rode the attraction, you will be able to swap your child and board the attraction without having to wait in line again after you have given the Cast Member your Rider Switch Pass. Please note that only two guests are allowed to use the Rider Switch Pass.
