Universal Orlando Tips and Tricks

When you book with White Glove Destinations, you not only get the best possible price but you receive luxury level service too! Here is a sampling of our Universal Orlando Tips and Tricks that we provide when you book with us.

Islands of Adventure Theme Park:

Tip #1: Wear sunblock. Islands of Adventure and specifically Suess Landing do not have much shade.

Tip #2: The rides that look to be the 'big draws' are Spiderman, Incredible Hulk Coaster (Marvel Super Hero Island), and Jurassic Park River Adventure (Jurassic Park). Expect these attractions to fill up quickly.

Universal Studios Theme Park:

Tip #1: Universal Studios does not have the best food offerings. Our suggestion is to go out to CityWalk for lunch, especially Margaritaville or Hard Rock Cafe. I will send further information on my top dining picks in a separate email.

Tip #2: Both theme parks tend to have lower crowds from 2pm to 4pm as this is the hottest time of the day. I do recommend mid day breaks and avoid the heat of the day but if you want to experience a bit lower crowds, then 2pm to 4pm can be an option.

General Tips and Tricks:

Tip #1: Understand that there are TWO Universal theme parks at Universal Orlando. One is called: Universal Studios Florida, and the other is called Universal's Islands of Adventure. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is located in BOTH Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Hogsmeade is located inside Islands of Adventure and Diagon Alley is located inside Universal Orlando. These can both be accessed via the train located in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. You must have a Park to Park pass to enjoy both sections of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
